Shipping policy

At JINARA, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Pakistan only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

6. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Three Rivers Foods is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
